Wood Firing...The Good Old Days

Awwww...the good old days.  Wood firings at Maple Creek Ohio.  It's sad that it now sits empty and cold.  Made lots of great potter friends!  Sure do miss the stoking!  HA!

Oh, I forgot little Bella!  All those loud hot rods and people everywhere!  She was a little trooper!

 

The last show of the season, Oct. 25th, and it was absolutely packed with wonderful old cars, hot rods, and food.  Next season starts in April (2015)  and Sista and I are planning on being there!

My "Hot Rod Sista"  hanging out at the Somerset Cruise Car Show!  Had a blast watching all the 67-69 Camaros and all the old pickup trucks!  Some really awesome "rat rods"! 

Another misty gloomy day.  The fog is thick as pea soup!  Or at least that's what my grandmother always said!  Isn't it funny how we remember those sayings and one day we realize we are saying the same things!  HA!  Anyway, may be a good day to hit the mud!
